Following a book tour across three continents and four cities, one message Purpose and Intentional Living, the author is set to host an exclusive book-signing event in Dubai on the 4th of October

is set to bring her book, Doing & Being: A Guide to Living Intentionally Each Day, to the UAE with an exclusive book-signing event taking place on the 4th of October 2026 at the Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach Dubai.
The Dubai event marks the next stop in the journey of Doing & Being, following its launch across three continents and four cities: Lagos, Abuja, London and Ontario, Canada. Since its release, the book has sold over 1,000 copies and received amazing reviews from readers, with its message of purpose, self-awareness and intentional living resonating across different audiences.
What began as a book has since evolved into a wider reading and learning experience. A workbook has been released to help readers move beyond reflection and break down their learnings into practical, actionable steps. The latest addition is the audiobook, created to make the message more accessible to people who engage more naturally with information through listening, allowing them to absorb the lessons and reflections from Doing & Being on the go or at their own pace.
At the UAE event, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Doing & Being in the format that best suits them, with the hardcover book, e-book, audiobook and workbook available.
The event is also an invitation to everyone who is curious about their purpose for living and interested in exploring the deeper questions that shape how we Live, Lead and Become. Guests will take part in an intimate conversation with the author, followed by an audience Q&A, a dedicated book-signing and a networking session.
Doing & Being was born from a deeply personal period in Olugbesoye’s life. A near-fatal car accident in 2019, followed by the loss of her father in 2020, prompted a deep reflection and introspection. Those experiences became part of the foundation of a book that encourages readers to look beyond what they do and consider who they are becoming.
The book explores themes including Purpose, Self-awareness, Growth, Mentorship, Community, Leadership, Faith, Obedience and Becoming. Beginning with the question Who Am I? The book takes readers through chapters such as The Nudge You Cannot Ignore, The Blueprint for Being, Your Success Enablers, Your Tribe Matters, It’s Your Assignment, Walking Daily in Purpose and Becoming.
At its core, Doing & Being challenges readers to examine the relationship between Doing and Being, encouraging a more intentional approach to Self-Awareness and Discovery, Purpose, Relationships, Leadership and everyday choices.

Olugbesoye’s professional journey spans Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Business and Executive leadership. She currently serves as Executive Director of EMADEB Energy Group, where her work includes governance, strategy, decision-making and CSR.
Her experience in leadership has expanded into writing, speaking and mentoring, with a growing focus on intentional living, purpose, self-awareness and authentic leadership.
She is also the founder of Made For Impact, a platform focused on personal and community transformation through awareness, empowerment and purposeful development. Through her work, Olugbesoye seeks to help individuals gain clarity, understand their purpose and become who they were created to be.
