On the 11th and 14th of February, patrons can indulge in the exclusive limited time menu of love, which consists of several mouth-watering dishes. The excitement and festivities don’t stop there, revellers can sit and take in the dreamy views of the iconic fountains and the dazzling Burj Khalifa.
GIA’s limited time Valentine’s Day menu was specially curated to set the experience alight with delicious Italian food presented in pink and red colours for the holiday. To begin the meal, the Salmone con Barbabietola Rossa is a great way to open your palate and enjoy some savoury, spiced salmon with sweet grapefruit, caper berries, and panna acida. For a burst of flavours and an array of tantalising textures, diners can delight in the creamy Burrata di Cachi, a red velvet parmesan custard with burrata and drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette. Set sail down the Mediterranean coast with GIA’s Merluzzo Nero all’Acqua Pazza, a carefully seared black cod with acqua pazza sauce paired with radish and asparagus topped with mandarin dressing. Another delectable dish to opt for is the Capesante con Carciofi, a number of golden gremolata scallops with artichoke, snow peas, citrus cream, and a garnish of smoked paprika oil and tendril cress. For a twist on a traditional Italian dish, diners can select the Ravioli di Barbabietola e Ricotta, beetroot ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese covered with parmesan fondue and raspberry pearls. To end the night on a sweet note, GIA offers guests a lavish berry chocolate dome filled with sweet berries and creamy mascarpone to share, the Esplosione di Bacche.
