Jewels of the World Grand Opening in Riyadh

17th May 2025; Jewels of the World has officially opened its doors at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah, Riyadh, bringing together renowned brands, master artisans and exceptional pieces from around the globe. With almost twice the floor space of the Al Khobar edition held earlier this month, the event promises an exceptional showcase of jewellery and timepieces in the Saudi Arabian capital and will remain open to the public until 19th May.
As the demand for luxury in the Kingdom surges, and with a growing base of discerning clientele who truly appreciate beauty and craftsmanship, Jewels of the World presents a unique opportunity to purchase creations otherwise not available in the Kingdom. A richly diverse collection of jewellery and timepieces is on display, from every day fine jewellery to exceptional bridal sets and exquisite high jewellery, highlighting both contemporary and traditional designs and reflecting a broad spectrum of artistry and cultural heritage.

Special highlights include Saudi Arabian designer Renad Alamoudi’s Marque Legacy collection, inspired by the unique timepiece she designed for His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman. A tribute to timelessness, power and precision, the collection is crafted in Switzerland where generations of craftsmen have perfected the art of fine watchmaking. Each watch features fiery gemstones and diamonds selected for their rarity and brilliance, and every dial, movement and clasp are assembled by hand, ensuring no two timepieces are the same.
Bil Arabi, the iconic jewellery brand founded by Nadine Kanso that celebrates Arab identity through design, is making its Jewels of the World debut with the latest creations from its recently expanded Hobb collection. “Hobb,” Arabic for love, remains at the heart of Bil Arabi’s creative spirit and this season returns with the first high jewellery Hobb set; Arabic calligraphy is seamlessly fused with exquisite diamond settings, a perfect balance between subtlety and statement, staying true to the brand’s spirit of modern Arab elegance.
Distinguished British jeweller Yoko London, renowned for its exceptional pearl creations, brings the essence of its design language to Saudi Arabia. Standout pieces include the signature O by Yoko and Zyyp collections; in the sculptural O by Yoko, every angle of the striking chokers, fluid drop earrings and architectural cuffs tells a different story. Zyyp redefines pearls as bold, modern statements, flawlessly paired with dazzling diamonds, the zipper mechanism of the statement necklace makes it versatile and elegant, adjustable in length and style.
Legacy Italian house Scavia is admired for its illustrious High Jewellery. A large assortment of its creations are on display, including among others: the Ethnico necklace and bracelet, a radiant bouquet of yellow diamonds embellishing a curved ribbon of pink and purple sapphires, the Brigida necklace featuring a majestic opal, elevated by a crown of sapphires, emeralds, and diamonds, and the stunning Rinascimento necklace, a bloom of white gold and precious stones; sapphires, rubies, emeralds and a soft pink pearl interlace in a dance of light.
Also included in the line-up of Italian exhibitors is renowned FerriFirenze, presenting hand-crafted treasures from its Vito collection. A tribute to life’s journey, capturing the elegance of its twists and turns through fluid, sculptural designs, the handmade necklaces, bracelets and earrings are defined by graceful curves and etched with supple contours, comforting to the touch and fluttering along the wearer’s skin. Each piece is delicately accented with diamonds, coming together in a masterful show of elegance.
Danat, the Bahrain Institute for Pearls & Gemstones, will be authenticating all purchases at the event, which is open from 16:00 – 23:00hrs every day until 19th May.
October will see the event make a return to Riyadh – and also a highly anticipated stop in Jeddah.
