KeyMavens Group and LuLu Group Sign Agreement for Anchor Tenant Space at Le Meryeme – Liwan

KeyMavens Group hosted a signing ceremony between Le Meryeme and LuLu Group for the lease of a prominent anchor tenant space at Le Meryeme – Liwan, one of the Group’s retail developments. The strategic partnership aims to enhance the shopping experience and further position the mall as an integrated retail and service destination within the area.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from KeyMavens Group companies and Le Meryeme. Eng. Munther Al Ali, Chairman of KeyMavens Group, welcomed Mr. Salim Mousalim, Chief Executive Officer of LuLu Group, along with the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, both parties discussed developments across the retail sector, emerging market trends, and evolving consumer needs. They also explored several areas of mutual interest and potential opportunities for future collaboration before formally signing the agreement.
