Blending classic French pastry with authentic Emirati flavours, the dessert features golden French toast layered with saffron-infused aseeda, Arabic coffee caramel, hazelnut and cardamom crumble, creamy vanilla ice cream, pistachios, and delicate dried rose petals. The result is a refined take on a beloved local dessert that pays tribute to the UAE’s rich culinary heritage.
Available for a limited time across selected Ladurée cafés in the UAE, the special creation celebrates Emirati culture and the spirit of Emirati Women’s Day through an elegant fusion of French craftsmanship and local tradition.
